Workflow supplies coffee equipment to businesses, and prices are shown once you have an approved trade account. Until then, product pages show the specification and a Request a quote button rather than a figure.
There are two reasons for that. The shop is a trade portal rather than a public one, and the prices in it are trade prices, quoted business to business rather than as a retail list. And what a machine costs you depends on how it is specified and installed — the model, the options, the plumbing and power at your site — so a single figure on a public page would rarely be the figure you would actually pay.
Neither is meant to slow you down. If you want prices today, you can have them without opening an account — see below.
How to see prices
Apply for a trade account. The form takes two or three minutes. Fill in the form at workflow.coffee/pages/trade-account.
We review it and come back to you, usually within one to two business days.
Sign in and prices appear. Once your account is approved, sign in to the trade portal and every product page shows your price. You can order directly from there.
What you'll need to hand
Company name, and the name of the main contact
Email address and phone number
Where the business is — city and country
How many locations you operate
Whether you are trading yet, and your opening date if you are not
You do not need to be open for business. Cafés that are still fitting out apply regularly, and an opening date is genuinely useful to us — it tells us what your lead time needs to be.
If you want prices before you apply
Email [email protected], or use the Request a quote button on any product page. Tell us which machine you are interested in and we will send you the brochure, with current prices. You do not need an account for this.
If you want a firm figure for a particular site — or a written quotation to put in front of a finance provider — say so and we will put that together as well.
Who can open an account
Trade accounts are open to businesses in Ireland, the UK and internationally. Übermilk, Markibar, Cinoart, Osborne and Vitrifrigo are restricted to the island of Ireland — the Republic and Northern Ireland — so if you are enquiring about those brands from elsewhere we cannot supply you and it is quicker to go directly to the manufacturer. Everything else in our catalogue can be shipped internationally.
