How to Apply for a Trade Account

Step-by-step guide to applying for a Workflow trade account, including eligibility requirements, application process, and regional product availability

Workflow's B2B trade platform is designed exclusively for approved business customers in the hospitality industry. This guide will walk you through the straightforward application process.


Who Can Apply?

Our trade accounts are available to:

  • Cafés, coffee shops, and restaurants

  • Hotels and hospitality venues

  • Catering businesses

  • Other approved business customers


Before You Begin

Please have the following information ready:

  • Company name

  • Primary contact name

  • Email address and phone number

  • Business location (city and country)

  • Number of locations (if you operate multiple sites)

  • Trading status (currently trading or planned opening date)


The Application Process

Step 1: Visit the Trade Login Page

Navigate to our trade login page at workflow.coffee/pages/trade-login.

Step 2: Click "APPLY NOW"

On the trade login page, locate and click the blue APPLY NOW button. This can be found:

  • In the banner at the top of the page

  • In the "Interested in opening an account with Workflow?" section

A pop-up will appear in the right-hand corner of your screen to begin the registration process.

Step 3: Complete the Application Form

You'll be guided through a brief questionnaire that collects essential information about your business. The application takes approximately 2-3 minutes to complete.

You'll be asked to provide:

  1. Your company name

  2. A primary contact name for the account

  3. Email address and phone number

  4. Your business location (city and country)

  5. Additional details about your operation:

    • Whether you're currently trading

    • If you're a single or multi-site operation

    • Your planned opening date (if not yet trading)

Step 4: Review Regional Product Availability

Important for customers outside Ireland:

Certain brands in our portfolio are subject to regional distribution restrictions and are only available to Irish customers:

  • ❌ Übermilk

  • ❌ Markibar

  • ❌ Cinoart

You'll be notified of these restrictions during the application process and can choose whether to proceed.

All other products in our catalogue remain available for delivery to approved business customers throughout our service areas.

Step 5: Submit Your Application

Once you've completed all required fields, submit your application. You'll receive a confirmation message thanking you for your interest.


What Happens Next?

After submission:

  1. Immediate confirmation: You'll see an on-screen confirmation that your application has been received

  2. Team review: Our team will review your application details

  3. Contact: We'll be in touch as soon as possible (typically within 1-2 business days)

  4. Account setup: Once approved, you'll receive instructions for accessing your trade portal and placing orders
