Understanding Your Workflow Payment Options
At Workflow, we aim to make ordering for multiple sites or high-frequency accounts as simple, transparent, and efficient as possible. To support your operations, we offer flexible payment options designed to fit a range of purchasing and accounting needs.
Below, you’ll find a summary of our available terms and how each works.
1. GoCardless Direct Debit (Workflow Credit Account)
For approved trade and multi-site customers, the Workflow Credit Account enables your team to place orders online without immediate payment.
Payment Terms: Payment is collected by direct debit 14 days after month end, covering all orders placed during the billing period.
Monthly Statement: You’ll receive a single statement each month, simplifying reconciliation.
Easy, Secure Setup: Activate your account online via a secure link or by scanning the QR code included in the FAQ for quick setup.
Direct Debit Processing: Transactions are processed by our parent company, Coffeeangel – this name will appear on your bank statement.
Account Approval: Credit account access is subject to approval by the Workflow team.
Seamless Ordering: Once set up, your team can order efficiently, with payment handled automatically.

2. Order Now, Pay Before Dispatch
For customers who prefer not to use a credit account, we offer a flexible option to place orders online without paying at checkout.
Under this model:
Orders are accepted and held pending payment.
Payment is required via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
Our bank details will be provided in the PDF attached to your Order Confirmation email when you place an order.
Stock is dispatched once payment has been received.
This option allows your team to manage payments internally while securing your items in the order queue.
3. Standard Online Payment
For many businesses, immediate online payment remains the simplest solution. You can complete checkout securely by card or digital wallet, with invoices automatically generated for your records.
Choosing the Right Option
