The Workflow Trade Portal provides approved trade customers with exclusive access to trade pricing, account management tools, and streamlined ordering. This guide will help you access your account and resolve common login issues.


Accessing Your Trade Portal

Once your trade account application has been approved, you'll receive login credentials via email.

  1. Enter your registered email address

  2. Enter your password

  3. Click 'Sign In'

First-Time Login

If this is your first time logging in:

  • Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for your welcome message containing login details

  • You may be prompted to set a new password for security purposes

  • Once logged in, we recommend updating your account preferences and contact information


Common Login Issues & Solutions

Forgotten Password

  1. Click 'Forgot Password?' on the login page

  2. Enter your registered email address

  3. Check your email for a password reset link

  4. Create a new password following the security requirements

  5. Return to the login page and sign in with your new password

Email Not Recognised

  • Ensure you're using the email address provided during your trade account application

  • Check for typos in your email address

  • If you've recently changed your business email, contact our trade team

Account Locked or Access Denied

Your account may be temporarily locked after multiple unsuccessful login attempts. This is a security feature to protect your account.

  • Wait 30 minutes and try again

  • Use the 'Forgot Password?' option to reset your credentials

  • Contact our trade support team if the issue persists

Browser or Technical Issues

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies

  • Try logging in using a different browser (we recommend Chrome, Firefox, or Safari)

  • Ensure JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings

  • Disable any VPN or proxy services that may interfere with access

  • Check that you have a stable internet connection

Regional Access

Please note that the Trade Portal is only accessible to approved trade customers in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and UK. If you're attempting to access the portal from outside these regions, you may experience access restrictions.
