Customs duties and import taxes are not included in your order total and may be charged by your country’s customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If customs fees are unpaid and your parcel is returned to us, we will refund your order amount minus shipping and any applicable return fees.

We cannot ship perishable foods (other than our core products), hazardous goods, cash, jewellery, or glass not properly packaged.
