Every order placed on Workflow is automatically accompanied by a VAT invoice sent via email. Here's everything you need to know about accessing and managing your invoices.
Downloading Your VAT Invoice
When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email sent to the email address used during checkout. This email includes:
• Order confirmation details
• A direct link to download your VAT invoice/receipt
• Order tracking information
Simply click the "Download Your VAT Invoice / Receipt" link in your order confirmation email to access your invoice immediately.
Adding Additional Email Recipients
If you need order confirmation emails and invoices sent to additional people in your organization (such as your accounts department), we can easily add them to your profile.
To add additional email recipients:
1. Email us at [email protected]
2. Provide the email address(es) you'd like to add
3. We'll update your profile so future order confirmations are sent to all specified recipients
This is particularly useful for:
• Accounts departments who need to process invoices
• Multiple team members who need order visibility
• Finance teams managing company purchases
