What to Do If My Order Is Delayed or Lost

Check Your Tracking:
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to see your parcel’s status. Check for any delivery attempt notifications from DPD or FedEx.

Still No Delivery?

  • If your order is delayed by more than 2 working days (Ireland/UK) or 5 working days (International), please contact us.

  • If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, check with neighbours or your local delivery depot.
