Returns & Refunds for Shipped Orders

  • Returns are accepted for eligible products within 14 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Perishable items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
