When to submit a callout request

If you have a technical issue with your Übermilk you cannot resolve using our Übermilk support articles, submit a callout request using the form below.

Before you submit

  • Gather: product serial number (bottom rear corner), a detailed description of the issue, the steps you have already tried, and any photos/videos and Flow Test Logs.

What happens next

  • Our technical team reviews your request and contacts you within 24 business hours.

  • Callouts run Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm IST.

  • If your request is urgent or out of hours, please say so in your description.

ℹ️ Before a physical inspection

Power the machine off at the toggle before inspecting or handling internal parts — unless you are mid Intensive Clean, which must stay powered on and attended until the cycle is complete.
