When to submit a callout request
If you have a technical issue with your Übermilk you cannot resolve using our Übermilk support articles, submit a callout request using the form below.
Before you submit
Review our Übermilk troubleshooting articles.
Gather: product serial number (bottom rear corner), a detailed description of the issue, the steps you have already tried, and any photos/videos and Flow Test Logs.
What happens next
Our technical team reviews your request and contacts you within 24 business hours.
Callouts run Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm IST.
If your request is urgent or out of hours, please say so in your description.
ℹ️ Before a physical inspection
Power the machine off at the toggle before inspecting or handling internal parts — unless you are mid Intensive Clean, which must stay powered on and attended until the cycle is complete.
